MTSU Email Login Information

How do I login for the first time? 

If you are an active student (have registered for at least one class in the last year and upcoming semester), you must:

  • Go the Password Recovery Tool to change your password – Make sure you have registered a personal email in PipelineMT.
  • On the Manage Your Username and Password page, check the box for MTMail, and leave the Pipeline box checked if you want it to be the same password. 
  • Wait 15 minutes after you have changed your password.
  • Log in to MTMail (Office 365).

  • All Official University correspondence is being sent to your MTMail account.

Note: MTSU will NEVER ask for your account information by e-mail. If you receive such a message, please report it to ITD Help Desk @ 898-5345. NEVER reply to any e-mail asking for your account information or other personal details. For more information, contact ITD Help Desk @ 898-5345.

MTMail has been upgraded from Live@edu to Office 365!
