The state of Tennessee requires proof of citizenship or lawful presence in the U.S. You may submit a FAFSA, use a valid driver’s license, official birth certificate, or other proof of citizenship. For more information visit www.mtsu.edu/admissn/evea.php.
CUSTOMS, the MTSU new student orientation program, helps new undergraduate students make the transition to the University, prepares new students for educational opportunities, and integrates new students into the intellectual, cultural, and social climate of the institution. CUSTOMS registration will become available in April. Sign up as soon as possible.
Apply as soon as possible. Housing assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Send in your immunization records
Middle Tennessee State University requires full-time students to provide proof of two (2) doses of Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) and two (2) doses of Varicella (Chicken Pox) vaccine or proof of immunity or documentation of disease history from a health care provider or listed on an official Tennessee high school transcript. Request to have your official AP or IB scores or Dual Enrollment transcript sent to MTSU.
Submit your final high school transcript immediately upon graduation in order to complete your MTSU enrollment.
