Learn to defend yourself quickly and effectively! Increase your self-confidence while improving your strength, power, and overall fitness. All levels of experience welcome. No pre-registration necessary. This class is like most of our daily offerings: $1 for each session.

Have you ever wanted to try Yoga, but aren't ready to attend a class? Do you have
specific needs that can't always be addressed in a yoga class? One-on-One Yoga Sessions may be for you. We also offer Personal Training for those who want individualized training for specific

Eating right helps you maintain a healthy weight and reduces the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, high blood pressure, some types of cancer, and type 2 diabetes. Your Nutrition Coach will help you develop an enjoyable, sustainable personal eating plan suited to your lifestyle.
