Kristina is a second year graduate student at Middle Tennessee State University. She expects to graduate in 2015 with a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Kristina received her Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN with a minor in Sociology in 2003.

Kristina has recently joined the I/O field, having come from a background in actuarial science and working in the Retirement practice of Towers Watson, helping Fortune 1000 companies manage their pension plan costs through the increasingly volatile economic market changes. While her primary responsibilities included serving her clients' needs, Kristina also supervised staff and was able to witness first-hand the issues affecting employees' job satisfaction, job performance, and overall work-life balance. It was this role that led Kristina to pursue a degree in I/O psychology to understand the underlying causes of, and solutions to, employee and organizational effectiveness.

At COHRE, Kristina has been able to utilize her extensive data analysis skills to peruse qualitative data and discover trends among the data, as well as aiding in the reporting and communication of such trends. Kristina plans to pursue work in I/O consulting upon graduation.
