Instructions: This form is to be submitted for requesting a non-enrolled user to be added to your course. Non-enrolled users may be a faculty, student or guest who are not listed in either the Instructor-Banner or Student-Banner roles for the class. Please see the table below to note what must be submitted each semester. After submission, it may take up to 24 hours for the user to be added.

Role Definitions:

Course Designer - A faculty member assigned to design and implement a D2L course, but not necessarily enrolled as an "Instructor" for that course.
Instructor - A faculty member assigned full design and administration privileges for a D2L course.
Faculty Reviewer - A faculty member assigned viewing privileges to all aspects of a D2L course for auditing and certification purposes.
Librarian - A faculty member assigned to assist the Instructor in facilitating student communications, content and resource currency, and assignment completion.
Teaching Assistant (TA) - A student assigned Instructor privileges except for quiz administration.
TA-Design Only - A TA with no grading privileges.
TA-Grading Only - A TA with no design privileges.
Student - An individual assigned full student viewing and submission privileges during a designated semester period for a specific course.
Student Incomplete - An individual assigned full student viewing and submission privileges beyond the standard semester period for a specific course.
Guest - An individual assigned student viewing privileges for a specific course.
