Tent Rental: Tents cannot be staked in the ground without permission due to electrical and data lines that are throughout campus.

Trash Service - Outside: If having an event outside and it is either a large event, event serving food or a long event, trash service may be necessary.

Venue Event Coordinatorwill work with organization and Ground Services for trash can placement and porter to service cans.


$10 per can, per day. $22/hour w/2 hr. minimum for porter to service cans during/after event.


There are several on-campus services that are available in order to make an event successful. Please note that costs are associated with logistical needs for events. Account numbers are required for services. Most requests must be made at least 7 business days in advance. Rentals are available on a first come, first serve basis.
