Patsy Weiler is a freelance journalist living in Smyrna, Tennessee. She compiled these materials while writing articles about the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) in Tennessee.

Scope and Content

These papers include materials collected for articles on the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) and its legacy in the United States and in Tennessee. Research notes, articles, press clippings, correspondence, books, government publication, correspondence, camp life memorabilia, and photographs comprise this collection. Materials deal with the CCC at the national and state level, the National Association of Civilian Conservation Corps Alumni (NACCCA), and commemorative actions. Materials are of mixed age - some come from the CCC period and some are more current. The collection contains one linear foot of materials. Books are shelved with archival publications in the stacks.
