Flexible Benefits

The Tennessee Board of Regents Flexible Benefits Plan administered by PayFlex. This plan allows eligible employees to pay for certain expenses from their salary before taxes are deducted. Premiums for state group medical insurance and dental coverage will automatically be paid with tax free money through the flexible benefits plan, unless you sign a waiver. Deductions for other eligible benefits under this plan are not automatic. You must complete an enrollment form each year to participate in either the Medical Expense Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or the Dependent Care FSA.

Creating your Flex Benefits On-line Access:

Once your plan year begins, you can register your account online.

  1. Go to HealthHub.com.  Click on Employee Account Login
  2. Click on Register Now
  3. Enter your member ID which is your Social Security number
  4. Also enter your home ZIP code
  5. Click Register
  6. Create a username and password; then select a security question and enter an answer
  7. Enter your email address and click Confirm
