Research Interests:

Dr. Cottle's research stream focuses on analysis of high dimensional data generated by Three Dimensional (3D) Body Scanning as it pertains to the fit of apparel items to the human body, human health and wellness, and measuring physical activity intervention methods. The contribution to the textile and apparel field is the develop of definition of human body form and classification of human body form with the intent to improve the fit of apparel items.
