Whit Adamson is President of the Tennessee Association of Broadcasters, Nashville, Tennessee. Mr. Adamson holds a B.S. degree in Economics and Finance from MTSU (1971). During his fourteen-year career with the Nashville NBC Affiliate, WSM-TV/WSMV-TV, he earned the President's Trophy from the Nashville Advertising Federation, was the Silver Medal recipient in 1992 and holds the titles of Past Vice President and Committee Chairman, as well as a position on the Board of Directors. As President of the Tennessee Association of Broadcasters, he is a lobbyist for telecommunications and advertising issues to the United States Congress, State General Assembly, and Federal Communications Commission. Mr. Adamson is the founding member and incorporator of the Tennessee Association of Communications.
