You may add a comment form to your web pages by using "FormMail.pl" which is a CGI script.
"FormMail.pl" is unique in that only home pages stored on frank can make use of the script. The comment form allows visitors to send comments or questions directly to you via a "fill-in-the-blank" form.
Include the following (preferably) in a new file named comment.html or, if you wish, in your .html file of choice:
NOTE: If you are using FormMail.pl to administer a survey online, there is additional code to cut and paste into your web page to maintain data integrity.
