The goal of the ITD Help Desk is to assist everyone who comes by the desk, emails or calls. The Help Desk attendant resolves user problems by phone or, when an office visit is required, enters individual work orders into the Help Desk database to ensure the quickest service for faculty and staff.
The Help Desk administers the ITD equipment check-out program.
The Help Desk also takes workshop cancellations and special workshop requests.

Sunday – 2:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Monday – Thursday – 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Friday – 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Saturday – 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
The Help Desk is closed for all official University holidays and operates on a modified schedule when classes are not in session.
