Facilities Available in the KUC

KUC third floor meeting rooms are of varying capacities. These facilities are often used for meetings and conferences. A theatre and the second floor lobby may also be used for conferences or special events.

Available Resources for use in the KUC

The following is a list of items that are available for use for functions taking place in the Keathley University Center. Please inform Venue Event Coordinator of any of the items listed that you might need in order to successfully put on an event in the KUC.

  • 6 ft. tables for inside use only
  • Chairs
  • Outdoor Use tables - $5 rental fee incurred, available at the KUC Information Desk
  • Table top podiums
  • Over head projectors
  • Large screens
  • Wooden and metal easels
  • A/V Carts (note: this does NOT include a laptop or projector)
  • TV/DVD/VCR player
  • Small table top screens
