If you do not have access to print the form, you can submit a request that includes the following information:
There is no charge for transcripts. Transcripts will not be issued until all debts or obligations owed to the university have been satisfied. Transcripts can be picked up, mailed or faxed; they cannot be sent electronically, via email, nor can they be faxed overseas. Overnight delivery is not available. Any transcript handed, mailed, or faxed to a student will be stamped "Issued to Student."
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provide once your request has been processed. If you have not received an email within 3 business days of your submission, please call to be sure the request has been received. During our busy times (30 days prior to the end of a semester and 30 days after the end of a semester), please allow 4-5 business days for processing.
Unofficial transcripts can be accessed on-line using PipelineMT. Once you log into PipelineMT, select the RaiderNet tab, followed by the Student tab, then the Student Records link, and then select Transcript from the menu to view your unofficial transcript. If you have not attended MTSU since Fall 2001, your transcript will not be accessible on the web via PipelineMT.
