Abu Named to the C-USA All-Academic Team
 

MURFREESBORO, Tenn - Senior Agnes Abu was named a member of the C-USA Track and Field All-Academic team on Wednesday afternoon by the conference office.

Abu rounded off her indoor season with a Second Team All-American honors at 2018 NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 800-meter event.

Likewise, Abu claimed the C-USA title in the 800-meter event at the 2018 Outdoor Track and Field Championships. During the championships, Abu earned the honor of the female who recorded the most amount of points during the 2018 indoor championship.

Beyond her success on the track, Abu has been a part of the C-USA All-Academic team for the past two seasons. Similarly, Abu has earned the C-USA Commissioner's honor roll and medal during the 2016, 2017 and 2018 seasons.
