Applying for Graduation

Intent to Graduate Form (Undergraduates)

Students must complete the Intent to Graduate two semesters before their intended graduation term along with an advisor signed Upper-Division form, handing both into the Jones College graduation analyst in BAS N208 or N216.

 
August 8, 2020 Graduation (Summer)
Application Deadline: November 15, 2019: PAST DUE If you apply late and your intent to graduate and upper-division forms are not received by your graduation anaylst by Friday, June 12, 2020, your name may not appear in the Commencement program, you might not be able to participate in the ceremony due to space limitations, and you might not be checked in time for a August 2020 degree date.
 
December 12, 2020 Graduation (Fall)
Application Deadline: April 15, 2020: PAST DUE If you apply late and your intent to graduate and upper-division forms are not received by your graduation anaylst by Friday, October 9, 2020, your name may not appear in the Commencement program, you might not be able to participate in the ceremony due to space limitations, and you might not be checked in time for a December 2020 degree date.
 
May 8, 2021 Graduation (Spring)
Application Deadline: June 1, 2020: If you apply late and your intent to graduate and upper-division forms are not received by your graduation anaylst by Friday, March 5, 2021, your name may not appear in the Commencement program, you might not be able to participate in the ceremony due to space limitations, and you might not be checked in time for a May 2021 degree date.
