The retrofit also aligns with MTSU’s sustainability goals, contributing to a reduction in the university’s overall carbon footprint. The scope of work includes relamping and replacement of existing lighting in the Student Union Building with new LED lamps and new LED fixtures as part of the base bid. As part of Alternate #1, the scope of work includes relamping and replacement of existing lighting in the Keathley University Center (KUC) with new LED lamps and new LED fixtures. As part of Alternate #2, the scope of work includes relamping and replacement of existing lighting in the James Union Building (JUB) with new LED lamps and new LED fixtures.
