Virtual Coaching Sessions

Start Your Virtual Coaching Sessions Today!

  • Complete an application to the Center for Student Coaching and Success and send it via email to colby.jubenville@mtsu.edu and Cc kld7k@mtmail.mtsu.edu. The link to the application can be found here: https://bit.ly/3b356r5 
  • Complete the Harrison Assessment. The link to take the assessment will be emailed to you once you are ready to start.
  • Sign up for your first coaching session! Make sure to read the steps for session one and complete them prior to your session.
  • Once the sessions are complete you are eligible for consideration for the John D. Floyd Scholarship.

Session One

  • Before your session watch “The Power of Vulnerability” by Brene Brown and identify three ideas, concepts, or points that stood out to you. Make sure to identify three specific concepts, ideas, or points that resonate with you. Also identify what job you want to be done. The link to the TED talk can be found here: https://bit.ly/2Odu8uq 
  • Make sure you have access to the Coaching Sheet during the session as it is a critical piece to the work we will do. After your session, please send it back via email. The link for the coaching sheet can be found here: https://bit.ly/3r75avj 
  • Sign up for your next session when you are ready. Make sure to read the steps for session two and complete them prior to your next session.

Session Two

  • Before your session read the article Do Colleges Truly Understand What Students Want From Them. The link to the article can be found here: https://bit.ly/2Ocm90O  Identify three ideas, concepts, or points that resonate with you. Be ready to identify and discuss an area you would like to work on.
  • During your session we will discuss the Traits and Definitions Report from Harrison Assessments. Please review your results before the session. This report will be sent to you via email once you sign up for the session.
  • Print the coaching session follow-up sheet or have it open and ready to type on prior to the start of the session. You will fill out the sheet during the session and submit it once the session is complete. After your session, please send it back to us via email.   • Sign up for your next session when you are ready. Make sure to read the steps for session three and complete them prior to your next session.

Session Three

  • During your session we will discuss the Summary and Key Words Report along with the Your Greatest Strengths Report by Harrison Assessments. Please review your results before the session. These reports will be sent to you via email once you sign up for the session.
  • Print the coaching session follow-up sheet or have it open and ready to type on prior to the start of the session. You will fill out the sheet during the session and finish it once the session is complete. After your session, please send it back to us via email.
