The Contract Office manages, negotiates, and procures the execution of MTSU contracts and agreements which require an official University signature. Departments enter these documents into MT$ource using the Contract Office Form to begin the review process.

The Contract Office ensures that all agreements conform with applicable laws and MTSU policies and have received other required approvals prior to the execution of the agreements.
