Dr. Christian is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Service Provider designation (LPC-MHSP). She’s earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from Bethel College, a Master of Science in Community Counseling from Austin Peay State University, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Counselor Education and Supervision from Capella University.

Dr. Christian's held case manager and therapist positions in community mental health centers in Middle and West Tennessee. Prior to working in the mental health field, she’s worked as an associate director of a character interpretation scholarship program at a private university. Over the years, she has recognized her true passion for working with university students.
