Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
Counseling Services is now offering workshops for eight weeks to provide support and information to MTSU students! Facilitated by one of our counselors, we promote a warm, safe and inviting environment to enhance your strengths, encourage discussion, and find new ways to manage stressors! In these workshops you will learn to cope with stress, pain and everyday challenges.
