Recipient of the 2013-2014 Bridgestone Firestone Distinguished Assistant Professorship award, Morrell received his doctorate in business with a management focus from the University of South Carolina. He teaches both undergraduate and graduate students in the areas of general management, organizational behavior, and human resource management. His research interests include individual differences, motivation, and social influence at work.
