Lt. General Huber is the highest ranking retired officer serving in an advisory role among all of Tennessee’s public and private higher education institutions. He led efforts in the creation of MTSU’s Charlie and Hazel Daniels Veterans and Military Family Center – the largest and most comprehensive veterans facility at a Tennessee university.
