COVID-19 Coronavirus

MTSU Student Health Services is in contact with and actively monitoring information from the TN Department of Health, CDC, and the American College Health Association.  We and our campus partners are active in surveillance for local and travel issues as they may arise.

For the latest information on COVID-19, the Tennessee Department of Health Website  https://www.tn.gov/health/cedep/ncov.html gives accurate up to date information relevant to our location.

All ill students will be asked to provide a travel and contact history to determine if they are at risk for the newly identified coronavirus. Symptoms of coronavirus are similar to the flu. All patients arriving at the University Health Center with cough, sneezing, sore throat, fever, or other respiratory issues will be masked to protect other patients as we evaluate the cause of their illness.

The University keeps up to date COVID-19 information for our campus.
