COVID-19 Testing


Health Services is offering COVID-19 testing.  At present, testing is free of charge to current students.  Please bring a copy of your driver's license and insurance card to your appointment

Students residing in on-campus housing may be required to move to alternative temporary quarantine housing while they are awaiting their results. During that time you may not be able to attend work or classes in person.

COVID-19 Symptoms

COVID-19 infection may cause a wide range of symptoms – from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea

Testing at the Rutherford County Health Department

The local health department is also providing free COVID testing free and without restrictions.  Please visit: Rutherford County Health Department for the latest testing schedule.
