Reporting Compliance Breach

MTSU takes misconduct and compliance breaches very seriously. There are four ways to report compliance breaches:

1. Telephone: Call 615-494-8918 to speak directly with the compliance officer about any compliance breach. If you believe University Police need to take action, please call MTSU law enforcement at 615-898-2424.
2. Email: Send your concerns to [email protected].
3. Regular Mail: Mail your concerns to Box 24, 1301 East Main Street, Murfreesboro, TN.
4. In Person: Visit Room 010A, Sam Ingram Building, located at 2269 Middle Tennessee Blvd, to privately discuss any compliance breach you would like to report.
