Protocol Modifications

Modification Instructions:

• Login to Cayuse IRB
• Under “My Studies” select the study that you want to modify
• Click on the “New Submission” button
• From the menu, choose “Modification”
• Click “Edit” to open your approved protocol
• Make the modifications to your protocol
• When you are finished click “Complete Submission”
• After completing the submission make sure to certify
  • Certification by the PI (and potentially Co-PIs) is required for the submission to proceed to review.

NOTE: Do not implement any changes to your study until the review process is completed and
your modification is approved by the IRB.
