Information Technology Division (ITD)

The Information Technology Division, through strategic planning, innovation, technical leadership and direction, supports the University’s goals to advance academic quality, to promote student success and individual responsibility, and to develop purposeful and sustainable partnering relationships and outreach.  In supporting the goals of the University, ITD will:

  • provide an effective, accessible communication structure that supports appropriate information and learning technologies to meet the needs of a dynamic academic environment;
  • evaluate the Division's activities to maintain the highest level of services possible to assure that the technologies provided are current and contribute to the efficient operation of the University; and
  • provide direction for future growth and expanded capabilities

The Academic & Instructional Technology Services area supports the needs of the academic community via course development, instructional design, one-on-one consultations, workshops, D2L support, and master classrooms. 

Technical Services

ITD staff are here to help you with Cable TV, Cellular Service, Phones, Voicemail, Skype, Faxing and any other technical services needs.

*Adjusted hours for summer 2023 are in place from May 6th – August 27th.
