Bennett, Prentice J.

Prentice enlisted in the Vietnam War and served as a Corporal and Rifleman for the 3rd Marine Division, 1st Battalion, 9th Marines, B Company. He was killed in hostile action in the Quant Tri province on July 17, 1968, earning a Purple Heart. 

Prentice is honored on the Vietnam Veteran's Memorial in Washington DC. Name inscribed at VVM Wall, Panel 52w, Line 40.
