Due to delays in Kansas City, our stamp orders are taking longer than expected to arrive. Due to this, MTSU Post Office is very limited in stamps. Please bare with us as we try to navigate this process with the USPS. You can always go to Church St or order stamps online if we are unable to fulfill your order.

The customer counter will be staffed Monday - Friday 8 am to 4 pm, a mask is required to receive service.
We will be closed for Thanksgiving Break on Thursday November 26th and 27th. For the winter break holidays we will be closed from Thursday December 24th through January 3rd returning on January 4th.

If you have graduated, congratulations! Please fill out a forwarding address in your Pipeline account where you see your mailbox info there is a link to forward. We can only forward First Class Mail and USPS parcels. Parcels from Fed Ex, UPS or other carriers will be returned to sender.
Students living on campus for the Fall semester have been assigned a box number. Go to your Pipeline account to access it & the combination. Those not living on campus must pay for a mailbox to get mail & parcels on campus. The cost is $12 per semester we take cash and checks only. We can only accept one semester at a time. Students who wish to have their mail forwarded to their off-campus location should go their Pipeline account to manage their personal address information and to submit forwarding address information. We can only forward mail to students who have submitted a forwarding address.
Additionally, some companies are shipping parcels to you via USPS Ground Service of Parcel Select or Parcel Lite. While we can forward these parcels to you, know that you may take fees from your mail carrier when they deliver the parcel.
Fed Ex and UPS parcels cannot be forwarded so those parcels will be returned to sender if you have a forwarding address on file.
Please remember to keep 6 feet apart while in our Postal lobby awaiting parcel pickup, there are floor signage decals to remind you. If you see Blue Tape, you are to stand on that as you wait to move forward to the customer counter. When picking up mail from your mailbox, please ensure you are 6 feet away from others, you may have to wait to access your mailbox after someone has left, there will be signage soon on the floor as a reminder, as well as signs above the bank of boxes.
