Master of Arts in Economics (M.A.)
The M.A. program in economics at MTSU provides students with instruction in advanced economic theories and research methodologies. Our M.A. graduates are prepared for careers as consultants in private business and analysts for the government and to continue their studies in economics at the Ph.D. level. The M.A. program offers thwo curricular paths: general economics and financial economics.
