Graduation In Absentia Form
A form to declare a student will not be attending their graduation ceremony.
Please submit this form if you are NOT planning to attend your graduation ceremony. This will allow the Registrar’s Office to plan for your absence but notate you are still graduating for the given term. If you decide to attend after submitting this form, please email

for assistance. Please take time to verify your diploma mailing address and diploma name are correct. This information can be found on Pipeline under the Registration and Student Records menu and the link “Graduation Information.”
