English faculty member Dr. Jennifer Kates and six MTSU undergrads represented at the 85^th annual Southern Literary Festival at the University of Mississippi in Oxford. They participated in readings, breakout sessions, and a keynote with Andres Dubus III. They also networked, made friends, shopped at the iconic Square Books, and capped the weekend off with an inspirational visit to William Faulkner's home, Rowan Oak.
