IMPORTANT NOTE: The MT One Stop front counter is temporarily closed as we practice safe social distancing, but all of our services remain intact. We will continue to assist via email and phone as always, see our contact information on the right side of the screen. If you need to visit the MTSU Food Pantry you may do so between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, by coming to our building and calling the number on the door. One of our Enrollment Coordinators will be available to bring you food and hygiene products.
The MT One Stop provides integrated services in the areas of financial aid, registration, tuition, billing, and transcripts. We are here to assist students with all of their enrollment needs!
Our office is conveniently located on the second floor of the Student Services and Admissions Center, connected by a bridge to the MTSU Student Union Building. You can find directions and office hours on our website. If you are unable to come in person to receive assistance we work hard to answer emails in one business day or less, so send us your questions at MTOneStop@mtsu.edu. Make sure to include your MTSU ID number in the email, and we prefer using your MTSU email account for correspondence.
You can also contact our Call Center at (615) 898-2111 for general questions and assistance. Parents and family members, if you contact us on behalf of your student make sure you are an active Partner in Education. You'll need your PIN number if you contact us about your student's records!
If you need to upload important documents for financial aid, residency, or other items, you may do that through our dropbox by clicking here. Students will have to access this by signing in with their Pipeline credentials. We prefer items with PII (Personally Identifiable Information) such as Social Security Numbers to be sent through this secure method instead of through email.
