The best leaders embrace the future and help others see and share a vision for that future. Even if you do not have a position or title expressly responsible for innovation, you have influence and play a role in how innovative your team or organization will be. This session focuses on what you can do to be innovative and empower those you lead or influence to be more innovative. This interactive, practical workshop focuses on inspiring a shared vision and challenging the process. Participants will learn how to improve their capacity to imagine possibilities, shape a vision, and effectively communicate through storytelling. We will explore tools and strategies for finding common ground, outsighting, and facilitating change. Participants will leave with an array of strategies and tools to strengthen how they influence innovation creation in their workplace.
