Master of Professional Studies in Strategic Leadership (M.P.S.)
Great leadership is critical to the success of any organization. Leadership affects all areas of operation and requires a person well versed in many disciplines. This program is designed to develop leadership abilities and offer you the broad-based knowledge and skills required to succeed.
The M.P.S. is available 100% online to fit around your schedule. It includes specialized programs in leadership theory, research/data analysis, organizational change, communication, and strategic planning.
Other available concentrations include Training and Development and Human Resource Leadership.
Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.)
In the business world, the competition is getting tougher and tougher. An M.B.A. provides a level of skills in leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking that can help set you apart. It shows employers that you are serious about your success and have the technical background to make it happen.
The M.B.A. from the Jones College of Business at MTSU has a 100% online option and can be finished in 12 months.
There are optional concentrations available in Concrete Industry Management, Healthcare Management, or Music Business.
Master of Liberal Arts (M.A.)
Many people want to develop their problem-solving and communication skills, gain a better understanding of global systems, and improve their research and writing skills. Students get to select courses from a broad range of programs to develop a personal plan of study that fits their exact interests and needs.
The M.A. in Liberal Arts program courses are offered in the evenings to accommodate working adults.
