Fitness Schedule

Fall 2016

All aerobics classes are $2. A VIP All Access Fitness Pass for the semester is available: $30 for students and $35 for staff and members. Pass holders have unlimited attendance to all fitness classes, online registration for classes with limited availability, VIP only nutrition seminars, chances to earn prizes, weekly emails, quick access to classes and more!.You may come several times a day and/or every day with your pass. The VIP All Access Fitness Pass is your pass to a better you in 2016!

Fall semester is about half way finished, and we are headed into the holiday season. Don't panic! There is time to get into shape before the holiday season arrives. Check out fitness classes out and find one or several that will work into your schedule. We have ranked our classes by the Rate of Perceived Exertion needed to participate. You can determine the level of intensity you want to put  into  a class. Check the chart before participating if you have any doubts about the class level or your ability.
