Classes designated with an * require pre-registration and a basic instructional fee. All other classes are $1 each; Punch Passes for 30 classes are $20 and are available in the Campus Rec office.

Abs & Tone: Get hardCore with a class that focuses on toning up your abs! This class is a whole body workout in 30 minutes with an emphasis on strengthening the core and toning up everything else.

Dance Instructor's Choice: This class is perfect for those who like to dance for exercise, and you never know what moves the instructor will put you through. It may be a bit of Latin style, hip hop, or rock 'n roll. Come find out and dance your way to fitness!

Hip Hop Abs: Dance your way to those music-video-ready abs! Fun moves and awesome music make this a fun way to work your abs...you may never go back to traditional crunches again!

*Boot Camp: A High energy, High Impact workout using body weight, free weights, bar bells, and cardio to increase your heart rate, build muscular strength and endurance. With different instructors and formats this class is never the same twice!

Kickboxing: This high intensity class combines a workout to get your heart rate up and kickboxing for strength and conditioning.  

Moves and Grooves: This water aerobics class will burn fat and tone your muscles- and will be easier on your joints while you get in shape. You will also feel refreshed and energized at the end!

Power Yoga: Want More? Power yoga will provide a greater physical challenge to your yoga practice! A greater emphasis on strength and faster flows, this yoga class will make you sweat.

Self Defense: A fitness class that gives you a high-intensity, high-impact method of self-protection that emphasizes fighting, fitness, and street-tested combat tactics.

Spin: Known as one of the fastest ways to get in shape! Expect a fun and intense cardio class on stationary bikes!

Springtime Total Body: This five-week class is designed to help you lose body fat, improve strength, increase stamina, improve muscle tone, and trim down that waistline!

Sweat Pump & Stretch: Get it all in this class! Sweat for fat burning; pump for muscle toning; stretching to keep those sore muscles from tightening up. You can beat that!

Striptease: No Shoes, No Poles, All Clothes Required! This class is a combination of belly dancing, hip hop, and classic burlesque moves.

Tai Chi: This ancient art uses gentle flowing movements to reduce the stress of today's busy lifestyles and improve health.

*Tang Soo Do: This Korean martial art has roots in various martial arts, including taekkyeon, Subak, and Shotokan.

Yoga: Increase strength, endurance, flexibility, and reduce your stress! With a strong emphasis on connecting breath with movement, yoga provides a list of benefits and is a perfect addition to any workout routine.

Zumba: A fusion of Latin-style dance into a cardio fitness workout, this class is not only fun but will get your heart rate up and torch those calories. Step off the stairmaster and into this class.
