Construction and Renovation

Our staff provides programming, design, and construction of campus projects up to $100,000. Staff includes project managers, designers, a supervisor, an estimator/scheduler, and multi-trade craftsmen (including carpentry, masonry, electrical and plumbing). Services provided by this staff include project development, inspection, and management with the goal of insuring quality service within budget and satisfaction upon completion of each project.

Offering services to improve or modify existing space, the staff works with University personnel to meet the scope of the project, schedule and coordinate the planning and design of the renovation, maintain project files and schedules, maintain communication with their client, and keep the project within budget.

Additionally, the staff is responsible for coordinating efforts to ensure all projects meet fire, safety, environmental, codes, and ADA regulations.

ALPHA - a direct order contracting firm is- now located on campus to help in handling small construction projects.
