By providing real-world experiences, this SHRM-aligned program prepares students to develop into successful managers who can thrive in different types of organizations and advance to higher levels of management.

With a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management, students can expect to pursue various career paths in HR, such as HR manager, talent acquisition specialist, employee relations specialist, training and development manager, HR business partner, compensation and benefits manager, or HR consultant. They'll engage in tasks like strategic planning, policy development, recruitment, employee relations, training program design, compensation analysis, organizational change management, and consulting. This degree equips them with the knowledge and skills to address diverse HR challenges, foster positive workplace cultures, and drive organizational success through effective management of human capital.
