Isabel is currently a second-year graduate student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology Master’s program at Middle Tennessee State University. She is currently a senior project associate for the Center for Organizational and Human Resource effectiveness. She is the project lead for the promotional process for Murfreesboro Police Department.  

Prior to COHRE, Isabel interned with the Ingham County Sheriff’s Office to help improve the interview and selection process of correctional officers. Additionally, she worked as a Human Resources Co-op at the Lansing Board of Water and Light where she assisted with projects related to compensation, recruitment, selection, and training. Isabel has also worked as a dance instructor, teaching and choreographing routines for dancers of all ages and abilities.  

Isabel graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Capital and Society and minors in Leadership of Organizations and Dance.
