Raif Al Mezraani
Master's Student & Project Associate
Data Analysis, Training & Development, Group Dynamics
Raif, a second-year graduate candidate, flew from his home country Lebanon to the U.S. to pursue a master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Middle Tennessee State University. Upon his arrival at the university, Raif began working as a project associate for the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness. He currently co-leads the effort to help Tennessee Highway Patrol with selection, promotional, and job analysis projects for the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
During his time at MTSU, Raif applied what he learned in courses to his work with the Tennessee Highway Patrol to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the services provided by COHRE.
Going back in time, we find Raif graduating from the Lebanese American University (LAU) with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Business. During his time at LAU, Raif gathered skills and abilities which helped him get to where he is today. One particular area of talent was his research projects related to job redesign, student motivation, and attitudes related to Covid-19. Throughout these projects and others, Raif utilized excel, powerpoint, SPSS software, and many other tools.
